Every dish is made with love for raw materials, by choosing them depending on the season. Recipes are elaborations of Romagna traditions, matched with new proposals you’ll be eager to discover.
Our menus follow the natural course of the year, based on the products our land offers us. All the proposals of our chefs are carried out with complete accuracy, from fresh pasta to desserts, thanks to the products available in our vegetable garden and pantry.

The new face of the complex, the one which now guests can admire is the outcome of the restoration started in 2008, and still going on at the adjacent manor house, Villa Filetto.
The whole complex has kept its original structure for preservation and restoration have been meant to respect formal and typological elements. The current restoration, if present, is different from the previous ones: modern techniques and details emphasise the old heritage alongside contemporary elements...
